Whidbey Island, Seattle Washington Wedding // Jacqui & Shea
Let me just start by saying, Jacqui & Shea are one stylish couple! They are also one of the sweetest and cool couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I was lucky enough to fly to Washington and shoot their engagement photos in Seattle last year and was even more excited to be back in Washington for their wedding. They got married at the Historic Crockett farm on Whidbey Island. The day started off with a little rain but it only made the scenery more beautiful. Jacqui got ready in the bed and breakfast next door and then we headed to Fort Casey for their first look. Fort Casey is something else! There’s the forest that goes out to the ocean and the old military fort by the water. There’s even a beautiful lighthouse as well. They did their first look among the trees and waited for their bridal party to arrive. I had the best time shooting their bridal party. Everyone had just the most fun personalities and it definitely showed in the photos. We then headed back to the Crocket farm for their ceremony which had farm houses in the distance. Jacqui and Shea had a beautiful ceremony surrounded by all the people that meant the most to them. They even included their cute dogs! After the ceremony we ran around the surrounding farm land and took some of my favorite photos from the day. After that they danced their night away inside the barn. This wedding will forever be one of my favorites because of how amazing everyone was and just the love between these two makes your heart so happy. I’m forever grateful to have photographed Jacqui & Shea’s wedding. Congrats you two!
