Boho Spanish Rancho Las Lomas Wedding

Rancho Las Lomas has to be one of my favorite Southern California wedding venues. With its stunning Spanish architecture, bold colored tiles and outdoor ceremony spaces, Rancho Las Lomas is the perfect wedding venue if you want those Spanish wedding vibes right here in Orange County. When picking out their wedding venue, Alisha and Ryan prioritized outdoor space for their favorite band, World Anthem Band and wanted something unique. Alisha also mentioned wanting a bohemian wonderland for her wedding… and she definitely achieved that with her amazing Grace loves lace dress and boho floral arrangements! Alisha and Ryan got married at Rancho Las Lomas in an outdoor ceremony under the hot summer sun. They were surrounded by their closest family and friends. After their ceremony we set out to get some golden hour bridal portraits while their guests enjoyed cocktail hour which included a live tiger and zebras( yes Rancho Las Lomas has real live animals on site! So flipping cool!), character artists, a cigar bar and yummy food.

Newland Barn, Huntington beach wedding

Mckenne and Jake got married in the most beautiful winter wedding at the Newland Barn in Huntington Beach. They didn’t want to do a first look so Mckenne did a dad first look at pacific city and it was the most special moment. The way her and her dad cried when they saw each other melted everyones heart. We took bridesmaid photos here to before we headed over to their wedding venue. All their friends and family filled into the place to witness these two become one. The best wedding day reaction came when Jake saw his bride walk down the isle. I’ve never seen a more sweet first look reaction from a groom. He cried all the way until she met him up at the front.

Joshua tree elopement -Kassadie + Daniel

When Kassadie and Daniel asked me to photograph their Joshua tree elopement, I couldn’t wait! Although I am a frequent Joshua tree wedding photographer, I will forever love shooting there because of the diverse location options. From the Joshua Trees to the Jumbo rocks, the California desert will always keep me inspired. On the day of their elopement I met them at a cute airbnb by the national park entrance. Daniel wrote his vows in the front room while Kassadie did her makeup in the bedroom. They had music playing on a record player in the background. I loved how relaxed the setting was! They took their time getting ready and just had no stress. We headed to the park for their first look. Daniel’s reaction to seeing his perfect bride had us all teary eyed. When he turned around he immediately dropped to his knees. He couldn’t believe how stunning she looked! He was in awe, it was the cutest first look reaction I’ve ever seen. We then headed to Jumbo Rocks where they had a little intimate wedding ceremony with just the two of them and Kassadie’s sister present. They read their heartfelt vows as the sun set behind the big rocks. It was magical!
